Go With The Flow is beneficial for releasing tension and allowing you to relax so that you can remain calm and “go with the flow”. It is especially helpful during times of uncertainty or stress and can help you feel that you are capable of dealing with difficult situations or major changes that may feel daunting or overwhelming.

The flower essences in this combination essence can help strengthen endurance, release emotional blockages and allow you to stay cool and calm.

Go With The Flow Combination Essence contains the energetic vibrations of Cabbage, Globethistle, Hazel, Holy Thorn, Ragged Robin, Rowan, Stonecrop, Sycamore, Watercress and Willowherb to make difficult things feel easier and give you the motivation to remain calm and carry on.

It is especially effective in supporting the crown chakra.

PRODUCT DETAILS

An Essence is a blessed energy drink believed to contain the vibratory signature of one or more flowers, gemstones or elements of nature.

A Combination Essence is designed to support commonly shared life issues in relation to the 7 chakras.

Directions: Add 3-7 drops directly onto the tongue. Alternatively add to a glass or bottle of water for sipping. Use as and when you wish to invite this energy into your day.

Ingredients: Water and Organic Cognac (ABV = 12%). This essences is believed to contain the energetic vibration of the flowers listed above. N.B. A Flower Essences is a Fermented Beverage and UK Drink Product.

Store: In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. This products has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of production.

Warning: This is a liquid refreshment for oral consumption. This is not to be used externally on the body or skin.

    During the day the essence has kept me stress free. It stops negative thought patterns entering my head and keeps me calm. At night it is providing a better nights sleep as it’s helped me relax faster and not dwell on the day when I go to bed.

    I've been doing the online flower essences course, and this is one of the essences that I have continued using as it works so well. It has been great at helping me relax mentally and 'go with the flow'. I've never been great with uncertainty, but this definitely helps me to feel capable of dealing with change and to let life happen without stressing too much.

    Our dog occasionally reacts to anxiety situations by getting urine retention resulting in him having to be catheterised. You recommended Go With the Flow for Freddo and we are very happy to say that it has worked well and he has not had any anxiety/urine retention for the past 11 months

    For combination essence, I only bought this and Psychic Protection.

    I have a lot of old energy blockages and I had been jobless for some time. It does make you feel better, but for my case, I still felt dull in my heart although my mind was more relaxed and positive. So this time, I bought Heart Support and Transformation to complement (alternate use). Still waiting for my parcel!

    I bought 'Go With the Flow' because I'm at stage in life where I have lots of new and exciting changes coming up and I thought this would support those changes.
    I also bought it to help with an achy shoulder (and joints, muscles etc) because it was indicated for movement in general.
    Although at this stage I don't whether it's helping with the first, it's most definately helping with the second. My shoulder doesn't feel anywhere near as sore and nor do my joints.
    I shall keep this one in the cupboard for physical mild aches and pains and use alongside Arnica Gel, and I shall also keep it for the times when I feel changes are daunting rather than exciting, to keep me feeling positive.
