This was recommended to me by a kinesiologist for situations or people that left me feeling quite negative. It works very well and I always reach for it when I know I'm going to be challenged. It's got me through interactions with difficult family members that would usually have left a negative trace for a long time afterwards, so I can definitely say that it's worked for me.

I am a very sensitive individual. As such, I see things that others do not. Sometimes this can be a bit overwhelming; especially when there are a lot of other things going on [on] the planet. Psychic Protection really takes the edge off for me. I know stuff is out there; but this essence firms up my boundaries so that my thoughts do not get lost in what I see.
